Про себе
«Lomonosov Katerina AFIAP .
I was born in 1975, in Ukraine. As a child I liked drawing and graphics.
In 1997 I moved to Israel, where I live now.
I got interested in photography back in 2005. It so happened that at that time a certain kind of emptiness appeared in my life. I wanted to fill that emptiness with something interesting, beautiful, bright... That "something" turned out to be photography...
I grow and evolve with every new work. I'm a painter; I live, think and feel with my creations... Creative photography has become a crucial part of my life...
In 2008 I presented my artworks with great success at my first solo-exhibition in Israel (Ashdod). In 2010 I took part in 2 joint exhibitions in Tel Aviv (Israel). In March 2011 I was invited with exhibition to Moscow (jointly with 2 other Israel photographers).
During a short period of time I won 20 medals (11 golden) in various International photo Competitions and many other prizes and other prestigious awards.
This year (2011) I hold a title of AFIAP - Artist Federation International Art of Photography.
I take part in various projects in the field of documentary and artistic photography and I plan to do my best to grow and develop myself in this area..
Has been participating in international photo contests and exhibitions since 2008.

• March 2010 – was awarded with the title AIPAS - Artist of Israeli Photographic Association
• Trierenberg Super Circuit 2010, Austria - 2 Gold and 3 silver medals
• Trierenberg Super Circuit 2011, Austria - 1 Gold medal
• PORTRAIT 2012 - ZAJECAR –1 Gold Medal, 1 Bronze medal, 3 UPI prizes.»
